Full wet pipe sprinkler system design and installation for a 12-story Class A office building. In-house hydraulic calcs, stamped permit drawings, and AHJ coordination through final inspection.

Sprinkler reconfiguration for a 22,000 sq ft lab and office TI. Coordinated with GC around active medical operations — phased work completed without disruption to adjacent occupied space.

Converted an existing dry pipe system to wet pipe during a historic warehouse-to-mixed-use renovation. Designed around exposed architectural ceilings with concealed head placement per ownership requirements.

Designed and installed a diesel fire pump and jockey pump for a new 80,000 sq ft distribution center on the Harmony Corridor. Full controller setup, weekly churn test commissioning, and documentation package.

Ongoing NFPA 25 inspection and testing contract for a portfolio of six historic retail buildings in downtown Boulder. Consolidated reporting delivered per property and per portfolio.

Design-build fire sprinkler system for a new multi-tenant commercial strip. Wyoming-licensed crew handled permitting, installation, and AHJ final for all four tenant spaces in a single mobilization.
